Buittle Church

Buittle War memorial Window

The long history of this ‘Church in the Fields’, going back via the adjacent ruined building to the royal chapel of C13th King John Balliol, lends atmosphere to this lovely rural church.

The war memorial chancel window is very fine, the high pulpit is distinctively Presbyterian, and the church now has an ultramodern sound system (with T loop) installed.

Directions for getting to Buittle Church
